Recent Labour Market Information from the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council HR Study Update (www.supplychaincanada.org) indicates that there are currently 27,000 unfilled supply chain jobs nationally, and that nationally there will be an approximate total of 360,000 supply chain positions to fill over the next five years.

The infographic below is part of the Women in Supply Chain initiative launched by the Van Horne Institute in September of 2012. There are five events in this initiative. The next event, Collaborate! Women in Supply Chain Networking Dinner, will be held on April 10, 2013 at Fort Calgary. The last event in the series, Celebrate!, will be held on May 29, 2013.
